The CFA has observer status with UNCITRAL and participated in 2010 and 2011 in the sessions of the working group tasked with revising the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (see the CFA’s comments on the draft revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules as well as on transparency in international arbitration).
