Claire Debourg is a professor at Paris Nanterre University, where she teaches commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, private international law, comparative law, digital law, and international trade law.

She now regularly serves as an arbitrator and consultant in domestic and international arbitration proceedings conducted in French, English, or Portuguese. 

She regularly publishes articles in legal journals and frequently speaks at conferences in France and abroad. She is also the editor-in-chief of the Revue de l’arbitrage.
