Annual General Meeting on May 13, 2025
Pursuant to Article 11 of the CFA’s bylaws, the list of candidates to be put to a vote was finalized by the Executive Committee based on the nominations received by the President.

In the event that you are unable to attend this general meeting:
- Please find attached a proxy form to be returned to CFA headquarters by May 12, 2025, or presented at the time of registration. Please note that each Committee member, with the exception of the Chair, may receive a maximum of two proxies.
- You may also vote by mail by sending the enclosed ballot, along with a photocopy of a form of identification (so that the CFA secretariat can verify the voters’ identities), to the Committee via certified mail with return receipt requested, to be received no later than May 12, 2025.
Please note that the next general meeting of the French Arbitration Committee will be held on
May 13, 2025, at exactly 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting will be:
1) Re-election of the Executive Committee members
2) Other business.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Bylaws, the list of candidates to be put to a vote shall be finalized by the Executive Committee based on the nominations received by the President no later than one month before the meeting. This list shall be published on the Committee’s website eight days before the meeting is held.
In the event that you are unable to attend this general meeting, please find enclosed a proxy form to be returned to the CFA headquarters by May 7, 2025, or presented when signing the attendance sheet. Please note that each Committee member, with the exception of the President, may accept a maximum of two proxies.
