-Please find attached a proxy form to be returned to the CFA headquarters by May 6, 2022, or presented when signing in. Please note that each Committee member, with the exception of the President, may receive a maximum of two proxies.
-You may also vote by mail by sending the enclosed ballot to the Committee via certified mail with return receipt requested, to be received no later than May 6, 2022, along with a photocopy of a valid ID (so that the CFA secretariat can verify the identity of voters).

1) President’s Report and its approval,
2) Treasurer’s Financial Report, approval of the 2021 financial statements,
3) Re-election of Executive Committee members.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Bylaws, the list of candidates to be put to a vote will be finalized by the Executive Board based on the nominations received by the President no later than one month before the meeting. This list will be published on the Committee’s website eight days before the meeting.
