Due to the global health situation, the French Arbitration Committee wishes to inform you that it will not be able to hold its 2020 General Assembly, which was originally scheduled for July 6.

In fact, we believe it is wiser to postpone this event to a later date, which we will announce as soon as we determine it is possible to reschedule it.

The next general meeting of the French Arbitration Committee will be held

Monday, July 6, 2020 – 5:15 p.m.
Maison de la Chimie – 28 Rue Saint-Dominique, 75007 Paris

The purpose of this meeting will be:
– -President’s report and its approval
– -Treasurer’s financial report and approval of the 2019 financial statements
– -Any other business

In the event that you are unable to attend this general meeting, please find enclosed a proxy form to be returned to the CFA headquarters by June 25, 2020, or to be presented when signing in. Please note that each Committee member, with the exception of the President, may accept a maximum of two proxies.
