The first installment of the CFA 40 lecture series on sector-specific arbitration will take place on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Maison du Barreau. This first CFA-40 Expert Series event will focus on construction arbitration.
This training session is intended for arbitration practitioners and CFA-40 members who wish to learn more about the inner workings of construction arbitration.
Come listen, exchange ideas, and discuss with Elena Hatzigeorgiou (Bouygues Bâtiment International), Charles Nairac (White & Case), and Thierry Linares (FTI Consulting), who will share their experiences with you.
