Where Is International Arbitration Headed? From Crisis to Renewal

The French Arbitration Committee is pleased to announce an international symposium to be held in Istanbul on April 8 and 9, 2016, on the theme: “Where Is International Arbitration Headed? From Crisis to Renewal.”
This two-day Mediterranean symposium is organized under the academic direction of Professors Filali OSMAN and Cemil YILDIRIM, in honor of Professor Ali BENCHENEB, in partnership with the CFA.
This conference is organized by Istanbul Kemeburgaz University and the Legal Research Center of the University of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (CRJFC-EA 3525), Master’s in Business Law, with the support of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and in partnership with the French Arbitration Committee, CREDIMI at the University of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the Center for Business and International Trade Law (CDACI) at the University of Montreal, the Universities of Oran (Algeria), Hassan I of Settat (Morocco).
