Gaëlle Le Quillec has been a partner at HFW since May 2024 and practices in the firm’s international arbitration practice group.
For more than 20 years, she has specialized in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration and has extensive experience in complex arbitration cases in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, both as counsel and as an arbitrator.
Gaëlle focuses in particular on the aerospace, defense, energy, transportation, hospitality, and construction sectors. She also advises on investment arbitration and commercial litigation proceedings, including disputes relating to commercial contracts, the supply chain, seller warranties, and post-merger and acquisition disputes.
Gaëlle is a former president of Paris Place d’Arbitrage and a member of the ICC’s Arbitration and ADR Commission, as well as the ICC Task Force on Climate Change Arbitration.
Gaëlle is admitted to the Paris and New York bars and is a former member of the Council of the Paris Bar Association, where during her term she served as Secretary of the International Commission and Secretary of the Ethics Commission.
