Jacques Pellerin—Doctor of Law—has been a lawyer at the Paris Court since 1969. However, from 1986 to 2012, he served as a solicitor at the Paris Court of Appeals and, from 2008 to 2012, chaired the Chamber of Solicitors at that court. He has acted, and continues to act as counsel, in a large number of judicial and arbitral disputes, particularly those involving the annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards. He is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in matters of distribution law, contract law, and corporate law.
He participates in conferences, training sessions, and roundtables focused on arbitration and civil procedure. He is also the author of numerous publications on these subjects (see the PKM Avocats website) and currently teaches domestic and international arbitration law as well as civil procedure (at Paris II and Sciences Po). Former Vice President of the French Arbitration Committee.
