Laurent Jaeger, a member of the Paris and New York Bars, is a partner at King Spalding International LLP. He holds a DEA in Private International Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Paris XI.
He specializes in international arbitration and international dispute resolution. He has served as counsel in more than 100 arbitration proceedings, notably under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CCJA, and AFA, and as an arbitrator or chair of arbitral tribunals in more than 30 disputes.
He advises French and foreign industrial companies, particularly in the construction, oil and mining, pharmaceutical, hospitality, automotive, and aviation sectors. Former President of the French Arbitration Committee.
