Raphaël Kaminsky is an attorney specializing in business litigation, international arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Raphaël serves as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international institutional (primarily ICC) andad hocarbitrations across a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, defense, energy, aerospace, and retail.
